Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Winchester is growing and looking to add a Client Care Representative to join our customer-focused team. This top performing individual will be based out of our Winchester location with an option to go hybrid after training has been completed. This role is all about making a great first impression—answering phones quickly, accurately booking service calls, handling all aspects of lead qualification and introducing customers to our valuable club membership program.

- Competitive hourly pay ($15–$20/hr depending on experience)

- Full-time schedule with consistent hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships.
Complete work orders & return customer calls
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Self-motivated, driven to provide exceptional customer service, active listening, communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
Prior experience in a high-volume call center or similar customer service role
Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software: Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus
