About the Role:
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple, TX is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Plumbing Adviser to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the trusted expert helping customers find the right plumbing solutions for their homes and businesses. Responsibilities:
- Consult with residential and commercial customers to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and explain service options, pricing, and timelines clearly
- Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and industry best practices
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Support sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for plumbing services and products
- Document customer interactions and service recommendations accurately in company systems
Requirements:
- Prior experience in plumbing, home services, or a related trade field strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical plumbing concepts in a clear, approachable manner
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
