Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
