What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing repairs and replacements
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
- Maintain your truck inventory and job materials
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Operate independently while managing your own calls
What We’re Looking For
- Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License
- Residential service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and clean workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $100,000–$150,000+ per year
Shifts - Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, company vehicle, fuel card, uniforms, training
Schedule: Full-time (35-45 hours per week)
License/Certification: Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
