A growing, nationally backed plumbing company is launching operations in the Madison, Wisconsin area and is seeking an experienced Wisconsin-licensed Master Plumber to join the team in a key leadership role.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something from day one, not step into someone else’s problems. You’ll have real input into how the operation runs, a voice in building the team, and the backing of a proven national brand with training, technology, and marketing support behind you.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Wisconsin Master Plumber license issued by DSPS (required)
- Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin plumbing code and permitting requirements
- Ability to lead, mentor, and set the standard for a growing team
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
