- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus; entry-level licensed candidates encouraged)
- Must hold a valid Washington State PL02 (Residential Plumber) certification or better
- Current and valid driver's license required
- Eagerness to learn and grow in residential service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, and basic customer interactions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Competitive annual earnings: $90,000 – $115,000+ (includes base pay, overtime, and performance incentives - room to grow quickly)

- Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations (with guidance as needed during onboarding)
- Troubleshoot and repair/replace common residential items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration systems
- Handle both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency service requests
- Primarily focus (about 90%) on single-family home assignments, with occasional multi-family or similar projects
- Develop skills in professional customer communication and efficient job completion
