- 5+ years of proven residential plumbing service experience (additional years strongly preferred)
- Valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Specialty Plumbing Contractor) license required
- Active and clean driver's license
- Demonstrated success in selling plumbing solutions and upgrades to homeowners
- Prior experience guiding, mentoring, or leading other plumbers/technicians (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
- Competitive annual compensation: $115,000 – $140,000+ (based on experience and performance)

- Lead and execute residential plumbing service calls from initial diagnosis through successful resolution, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
- Expertly handle repairs or replacements of fixtures like faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain systems, and water treatment/filtration equipment
- Manage both routine maintenance appointments and after-hours emergency responses
- Mentor and provide on-the-job guidance to junior plumbers or technicians when assigned, helping elevate team performance
- Roughly 90% of work focuses on single-family residences, with some multi-family or light commercial assignments
