Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage 15+ social media posts per week across Facebook and TikTok
- Turn Google reviews into engaging social content
- Capture and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using a phone
- Coordinate with technicians and managers for content
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all brands
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Track and report basic performance metrics
- Assist with paid social media ads (training provided)
Requirements
- Experience with Facebook & TikTok for business
- Canva proficiency
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in blue-collar / trade environments
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Meta Ads experience
- Local service business marketing experience
- Photography or videography background

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
