Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage 15+ social media posts per week across Facebook and TikTok

  • Turn Google reviews into engaging social content

  • Capture and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using a phone

  • Coordinate with technicians and managers for content

  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all brands

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement

  • Track and report basic performance metrics

  • Assist with paid social media ads (training provided)

Requirements

  • Experience with Facebook & TikTok for business

  • Canva proficiency

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable in blue-collar / trade environments

  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and self-motivated

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Meta Ads experience

  • Local service business marketing experience

  • Photography or videography background

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
