Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, TX as a Warehouse Maintenance Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive leader who is excited to maintain our warehouse environment and support our dedicated team in delivering top-notch parts and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Implement and maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff in best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing warehouse space and processes.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and maintenance activities for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or maintenance roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. CDL would be a huge plus
