$65,000 – $120,000+ per year
(Hourly base + commission I Guaranteed Hours)

This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours, plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well.

Pay Structure

  • Guaranteed hourly base pay (based on experience), with guaranteed hours that protect you during slow weeks.
  • Commission on revenue produced
  • Most technicians earn the equivalent of $35–$60/hr
  • Top performers can earn $60–$80/hr+
(Annual range shown reflects hourly base + commission based on a 40-hour work week)

What You’ll Do

  • Run residential plumbing service calls
  • Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Follow company pricing, approval, and safety procedures
  • Work independently with dispatch, pricing and management support
What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (more is a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Willingness to follow pricing and operational systems
