This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours, plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well.
Pay Structure
- Guaranteed hourly base pay (based on experience), with guaranteed hours that protect you during slow weeks.
- Commission on revenue produced
- Most technicians earn the equivalent of $35–$60/hr
- Top performers can earn $60–$80/hr+
(Annual range shown reflects hourly base + commission based on a 40-hour work week)
What You’ll Do
- Run residential plumbing service calls
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Follow company pricing, approval, and safety procedures
- Work independently with dispatch, pricing and management support
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (more is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Willingness to follow pricing and operational systems
