Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with precision and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering skill development.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency plumbing services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Master Plumber license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on residential services.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
