- Perform residential and light commercial service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues in accordance with relevant codes.
- Install, assemble, or repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems, ensuring all work meets plumbing code specifications.
- Identify potential problems to prevent premature breakdowns and offer customers appropriate repair or replacement options.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service calls, time management, and parts used.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle.
- Explain the value of and offer Club Memberships to clients.
- Participate in all required company training classes.
- Maintain a professional image at all times, adhering to company uniform and code of ethics standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation (or as required for Master status).
- Current Master Plumber License.
- Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
