What We Offer:
- Competitive Base hourly pay + performance incentives
- Up to 6K sign-on bonus if licensed or have min. 5 years' service experience
- Full-time W-2 employment — no seasonal layoffs

You’ll Be a Fit If:
- You have min. 5+ years of experience in residential service plumbing
- You have a clean valid driver’s license, background and drug screenings
- You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
- Service titan and strong customer service/sales experience a plus
- If you hold a current plumbing license or any relevant J2, or D2, or D1 or S2 license a plus
