What You’ll Do:
- Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by performing expert-level plumbing installations, services and repairs as needed.
- Review and communicate to client work being performed.
- Timely and accurate documentation of all work.
- Mentor and assist with training less experienced Technicians/apprentices
- Assist with Cultivating team's culture
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Connecticut P1 Plumber license minimum required. Position not available to apprentice plumbers
- Min. 8 years of experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Clean license history
Compensation: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
