About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Learn to put customer service at the heart of everything you do
Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues under supervision.
Participate in on-the-job training to gain hands-on experience.
Build hours towards your license under highly experienced and fully licensed plumbers
Communicate effectively with customers regarding plumbing services.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
Support inventory management by tracking and organizing plumbing supplies.

Requirements:

Strong customer service mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Plumbing apprentice license required.
Strong interest in plumbing and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is a plus.
Day shift with evenings and weekends required
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be legally able to work in the USA

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
