JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lead Plumber to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach—educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
JOB DUTIES
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Present clear, honest repair and replacement options to customers
- Educate homeowners to help them make informed decisions
- Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance and revenue goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Lead plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
