Position: Drain Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drain Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly diagnosing and clearing drain blockages in residential plumbing systems while ensuring each client receives top-quality service and full satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Service: Utilize the company’s Straight Forward Pricing® system and complete all required forms and documentation on every service call.
Respect the Home: Wear floor savers and maintain a clean, organized work area in clients' homes during service visits.
Ensure Quality Work: Fully test systems after service to confirm repairs were successful and eliminate unnecessary callbacks.
Communicate Clearly: Explain all services performed to customers in a friendly, informative manner and verify their complete satisfaction before leaving.
Practice Safety: Exhibit a safety-first mindset on the job and while driving company vehicles.
Vehicle Care: Keep the interior and exterior of the assigned service vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Demonstrated experience in drain cleaning or plumbing-related service preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and represent the brand professionally.
Must be safety-conscious, punctual, and reliable.
This role may not involve operating a service truck independently.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
