About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Corporate Store in Indianapolis, IN, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional plumbing services. As a Plumber, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and reliable service.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide on-call support as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
