JOB DUTIES

Install plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs, water heaters, etc.)
Perform rough-ins and final installations for residential or light commercial systems
Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets company standards
Communicate with clients and team members professionally and courteously
Manage your schedule and work independently to complete jobs on time
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work evenings and weekends on call
Valid Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
At least 3 years of experience in plumbing services with a proven track record of excellence
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)

Compensation: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
