The Plumbing Service Manager leads our residential/light commercial plumbing team. This manager ideally has a PL01 plumbing license but a PL02 license would be considered. The Service Manager routinely works directly to dispatch personnel and works with Plumbers to ensure total customer satisfaction while meeting company goals and objectives. The Plumbing Service Manager often communicates directly with customers, contractors, vendors and suppliers and ensures quality work done on time. The Plumbing Service Manager will also perform residential and light commercial plumbing services himself or herself until the team grows sufficiently.

COMPENSATION
$120,000 to $160,000 per year plus performance bonus

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
The Plumbing Service Manager directs daily operations by successfully performing tasks, duties and responsibilities such as but not limited too:

Maintains the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatching the technicians to ensure that personnel are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficiency and training requirements
Schedules, directs and provides technical support for plumbers to meet all customers’ expectations
Participates in the recruitment, interviews, hiring and training of new team members
Performs Plumbing work himself or herself or with other various team members as demand dictates
Occasionally reviews the work of plumbers, ensuring quality & safety standard are met and exceeded
Is responsible for maintaining the company training program that ensures all team members are properly trained on safety procedures
When required ensures that all required parts are ordered so that jobs are started and completed on time
