We are seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in resolving plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance services for residential clients.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and provide maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in plumbing and drain cleaning is a must.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
