What You’ll Do
As a Service Plumber, you’ll be trusted to represent our company in customers’ homes while providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
You’ll:
· Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems ranging from simple repairs to complex service work.
· Perform thorough whole-home plumbing evaluations to identify the true source of plumbing concerns.
· Present honest recommendations and multiple solution options that genuinely serve the customer’s needs.
· Complete every job with excellence while minimizing callbacks through quality workmanship.
· Communicate clearly with homeowners before, during, and after every service call.
· Deliver the type of customer experience that earns lifelong customers and five-star reviews.
· Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle.
· Wear protective coverings and treat every customer’s home with respect.
· Follow safe work practices both on the job and while driving.
· Work a typical daytime schedule (approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
