We are expanding to a new location.  Westlake and Ben Franklin Plumbing, has an immediate opening for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient operation of our Maumelle/NLR office. Our ideal candidate will have a plumbing, construction, or other trade background.

Job Duties
·       Assist in a variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendaring, permit ordering and inspection requests, one call requests, sewer, and gas stub locate requests. 
·       Coordinating and scheduling meetings & preparing agendas. 
·       Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. 
·       Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
·       Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department.
·       Prepare audit correspondence reports and presentations from QuickBooks enterprise, Service Titan or similar CSR programs. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
·       Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
·       Coordinate meetings and conference calls, and necessary technology
·       Support company event planning and coordination, including organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
·       Provide administrative support to different departments/location within the organization as needed by collaborating with Field Supervisors, and office support.

Minimum Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
·       Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
·       Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Outlook.
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
·       High level writing and oral communication skills, 
·       Exceptional attention to detail. 
·       Ability to multitask effectively.  
·       Strong organizational, time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $29,000.00 - 40,000.00 per year D.O.E.
