JOB SUMMARY

A master plumber serves the company's clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

Perform any and all residential service plumbing tasks
Utilize Benjamin Franklin's Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) accurately on each call
Keep detailed work records
Maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home and everything is working properly
Ensure each job is completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
Effectively communicate each service performed to the client when a maintenance or repair is completed and ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must hold a current master plumbing license in the state of Arkansas
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation: $58,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
