🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and A/C units)
Perform start-ups and troubleshoot newly installed systems
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Ensure a clean and professional installation experience for the customer
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with office staff and customers as needed

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
EPA certification required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
