Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is hiring and able body person to work on our dig crew. This team replaces underground water and sewer piping from the house to the utility connections in the street.

The work is 100% outside with beautiful sunshine, clouds, heat, cold, wind and glory. Its hard work that requires the use of shovels, rakes, digging sticks but you have the help of a mini excavator operated by a highly skilled plumber that will show you the ropes on becoming a skilled plumber.

The job starts at $15.00 per hour and includes the following benefits
On the job (paid) training for a career in residential service plumbing
100% paid medical for the you and your family added with a pretax payroll deduction
10 days paid time off with and additional 6 paid holidays
We provide you work clothes -in other words, uniforms
We match your 401K contribution, (dollar for dollar) up to 4% of you pay
